Global Emissionairy Is Now ClimatePave

PHOENIX, Md., August 26, 2026 · Global Emissionairy, LLC has changed its name to ClimatePave, LLC, effective September 1, 2026. The change is a rebrand only. There has been no change of ownership, no change of management, and no change to the company's obligations or agreements.
The company develops carbon projects in road construction. It authored VM0039, the first carbon methodology approved for the transport sector under Verra's Verified Carbon Standard, holds US Patent 10,870,953 B2, and operates five registered VCS projects across 21 states. All of it carries forward under the new name.

What is unchanged
The VM0039 methodology and its registry status. US Patent 10,870,953 B2. All five registered VCS projects, including their project identification numbers and registry records. All verified carbon units issued to date, including their serial numbers and vintages. All contracts, purchase agreements, and offtake arrangements, which remain in force under their existing terms. Ownership, leadership, staff, offices, and telephone numbers.
What is changing
The company name, the trading name, and the brand. Email addresses now use the climatepave.com domain, with mail to the previous domain continuing to route for the time being. The website is now climatepave.com. Updated billing and remittance details will be issued directly to counterparties.
Registry records held by Verra are being updated to reflect the new entity name. Until that update posts, some public registry pages may continue to display the previous name. Credit holders should note that this is an administrative change only and does not affect the status, serial numbers, or transferability of any issued unit.
