Tim Kenney

Tim Kenney serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Global Emissionairy, where he oversees the company’s daily operations and strategic growth initiatives. A native of Baltimore County, Tim attended Calvert Hall High School before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University. With nearly 20 years of experience in management and start-up execution, Tim brings a wealth of expertise to GE’s leadership team. He began his career at NVR Inc, gaining valuable insights within a large corporate structure. In 2007, he took on a transformative role as CEO and team leader at Cummings & Company Realtors, where he partnered with founder David Cummings to scale the brokerage from a two-agent office in downtown Baltimore to a powerhouse with over 1,000 agents and 10 locations across Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. During his tenure, the company surpassed $1 billion in annual sales. Beyond the real estate brokerage, Tim founded TKG Properties, focusing on multi-family real estate investments before successfully exiting in 2022. Now based in Naples, Florida, he enjoys an active lifestyle, coaching, cycling and spending time outdoors with his family. Tim is deeply committed to environmental stewardship and the advancement of sustainable construction practices that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. He believes that innovation in building materials and eco-friendly development is key to a more sustainable future. Through his leadership at Global Emissionairy, Tim is dedicated to helping businesses integrate low-carbon solutions, scale responsibly, and leverage carbon finance to drive meaningful change in the industry.
