Harold Green

Harold Chamberlin Green is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for developing and investing in innovative business solutions that leverage technology to enhance the performance and longevity of products and services. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1976 with the founding of Chamberlain Contractors, a successful paving company that grew to employ over 100 people. Since then, Harold’s ventures have expanded to include leadership roles in HPC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) General Contractor; Care Commons, a healthcare information platform; and Global Emissionairy, a climate tech enterprise focused on emission savings and carbon finance. Harold’s career is driven by a creative spirit and a desire to embrace new challenges. Outside of work, he has traveled to 124 countries, enjoys spending time with his wife and best friend, Laura, plays tennis, and practices shooting clay pigeons. Harold also takes great pride in maintaining the fields on his horse farm, nestled in the scenic hills of northern Baltimore County.
