Ben Devine

Mr. Devine is a Maryland professionally licensed civil and environmental engineer with over 6 years of experience working on highway construction projects. He is an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers where he is currently serving on the Board of Directors. He is a transportation decarbonization specialist and one of the team’s experts in performing emission reduction calculations and handling individual project development to ensure compliance with the Verra VCS program requirements.
